• The Seller assumes no liability regarding the improper installation or misapplication of its products. It is the installers responsibility to ensure proper installation and if in doubt contact the manufacturer.
• The Buyer is solely responsible for all warranty issues from the manufacturer.
• All warranty returns must have an RGA#, YOU MUST CALL TO GET THIS (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• All new and OEM products, as well as Turbochargers and Cylinder Heads, must be returned to Pensacola Fuel Injection for evaluation BEFORE a replacement will be issued.
• Warranty is void if any part has been disassembled, modified, or tampered with.
• No warranty or refund will be issued if unit is not returned to Pensacola Fuel Injection.
• Warranty is non-transferable and valid only to original purchaser.
• On Items with a Core Due, Warranty is Void if core return is not satisfied within 30 Days.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
Pensacola Fuel Injection, INC. (Hereafter “Seller”) gives Limited Warranty as to description, quality, merchantability, and fitness for any particular purpose, productiveness, or any other matter of Seller’s product sold herewith. The Seller shall be in no way responsible for the products proper use and service and the Buyer hereby waives all rights other than those expressly written herein. This warranty shall not be extended, altered or varied except be a written instrument signed by the Buyer and the Seller.

The warranty is Limited to one (1) year from the date of sale and limited solely to the parts contained within the products kits. All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned prepaid to the Seller and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt. All products will be checked & repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the seller. All Warranty claims are subject to approval by Pensacola Fuel Injection, INC.

Under no circumstances will the Seller be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for the defects, removal, or re-installation of this product or any other contingent expenses.

Under no circumstances will the Seller be liable for any damages or expenses incurred by reason of the use or sale of any such equipment.

In the event that the buyer does not agree with this agreement: The buyer may promptly return this product, in a new and unused condition, with a dated proof of purchase to the place of purchase for a full refund.

The installation of this product indicates that the buyer has read and understands this agreement and accepts its terms and conditions.

• Any injector or pump installed can only be exchanged. No Refunds on installed parts.
• All electrical parts carry a 90 day exchange only warranty. No Returns or Refunds on electrical parts
• All performance injectors & pumps carry a 90 day exchange only warranty. No Refunds will be given on installed performance products.
• Performance products are installed at your own risk, other modifications may be required for proper operation.
• All used PMD sales are final. 30 day exchange only warranty.
• No Returns or Refunds on electrical parts.

NOTE: We have determined the use of alternative fuels is damaging to the fuel system. The use of any bio-diesel or any other alternative fuels voids all warranties.

NOTE : OEM Ford Parts Carry A 2 Year OEM Ford Warranty, any Ford OEM warranties must be sent to Pensacola Fuel Injection with required paperwork (listed below) for inspection before a replacement can be issued. Failure to provide any of this information will result in the denial of the warranty claim.

• VIN
• Mileage on Installation
• Mileage at Failure
• Any and All DTC’s given by the vehicle
• Copies of invoicing & work orders from the business that installed the parts

NOTE: Dorman Products carry a non-transferable lifetime warranty.

NOTE: Due to the increase in customers using alternative fuels, any injector or pump that was purchased over 90 days ago will have to be returned for warranty. NO EXCEPTIONS.

NOTE : All Dodge 5.9L Common Rail Injector warranty is void if nozzle is stuck from contamination or use of a programmer or chip.

NOTE: VP44 pump warranty is void if performance products are added, such as Edge or Quadzilla. It will cause damage to the PSG.

For many years Bosch has campaigned against companies like Pensacola Diesel who offer quality diesel parts for a fraction of the cost of certified distributors. Bosch’s claim is that Common Rail injectors for Duramax & Dodge can only be effectively rebuilt and tested by authorized Bosch centers using only Bosch test equipment. This simply is not true.

Pensacola Diesel has invested over $600,000 in the latest state-of-the-art Hartridge CRI ,Ditex & KDiesel test equipment. Our Common Rail test room includes two Hartridge CRI machines, along with KDiesel & Ditex machines. Cross checks are performed that afford 100% certainty that injectors have passed necessary specifications.

Pensacola Diesel is not an authorized Bosch distributor, but we do rebuild all Bosch pumps and injectors with genuine Bosch parts. Our decision to avoid becoming an authorized Bosch distributor was because of strict limitations forced by Bosch that regulate where a business can sell and whom they can sell to. Ultimately these limitations would force us to raise our prices for products of exactly the same quality.

Pensacola Diesel has been accused of utilizing non Bosch parts of inferior build quality manufactured in China. Despite the fact that we do use genuine Bosch parts, many of Bosch’s parts are manufactured in China. This isn’t a secret. In fact, most Bosch packages state right on the side of the box “Made in China”. We are committed to providing the highest quality parts to our customers without markups for unnecessary authorization from Bosch. We stand behind our products and invest an incredible amount of care to ensure our products and our customer service is unmatched. The two pictures above is the control valve for the 03-07 5.9L Injector, made in China, maybe this is why there are so many problems with the Dodge Injector, other picture is displaying the many boxes they use for injectors.

In 2014 & 15 at the ADS trade show Bosch told everyone in the seminar this same thing, that if you are not using Bosch equipment then you cant rebuild common rail injectors… They said this while a full convention of aftermarket rebuilders & parts suppliers just stood & watched. It simply is a lie. Bosch has since stopped attending the ADS convention but continues to spread false statements about rebuilders.

Bosch has told several of our customers that they cant buy genuine Bosch injectors from us, they say we cant get Bosch parts or new injectors, they say if they are not in a white box they can’t be new & they can’t be Bosch. PFI has no problem getting Bosch parts, we have several suppliers that are more than happy to supply us, we buy Bosch parts from all over the world & they come in all different colored boxes as pictured above..Just because Bosch says it does not make it the truth.

While Bosch does alot of things well , they have simply failed to supply a quality product (especially on the dodge injector) & continue to pass the blame to fuel injection shops like us…Blaming everything on contamination is not the answer & the VW scam That Bosch has been involved in definitely leaves the impression they could be misleading customers.
