  3. Package your injectors for shipping
    • Ensure they are packaged properly to avoid any fluid leaks or damage in shipping
    • Ensure your contact information is in the package with the injectors to be tested
      – This must include Name, Shipping Address, and Phone Number
  4. Ship your injectors to be tested to Pensacola Fuel Injection at the address listed below using your preferred shipping method. (We recommend using a traceable method and insuring the shipment)

You will be contacted with the results of the testing, at which time you have the following options:

  1. Return the Fuel Injectors in as-is condition back to you
  2. Purchase Replacement Fuel Injectors
    • Injectors sent in for testing will be accepted as cores for the same model remanufactured or new replacement fuel injectors.
    • Testing Fee offset – If replacement fuel injectors are purchased from Pensacola Fuel Injection, the testing fee will be deducted from the cost of the replacement fuel injector.

Please note: Fuel Injectors with damaged electrical connections or that have been damaged by fire or fuel contamination may not be able to be tested. If the fuel injectors cannot be tested the testing fee will be refunded less shipping charges and the injectors returned to the customer.

Ford 6.7L Powerstroke CP4 Disaster Prevention Kit

The S&S Diesel Motorsport Gen2.1 6.7L Power Stroke CP4 Disaster Prevention Kit features all quick connect lines that will eliminate the need for cutting the factory supply line, which is a debris introduction point, especially if the cut is not thoroughly deburred. It also eliminates the need to use a compression fitting, which is a potential leak point. The OE-style quick connect lines also eliminate any threaded joints that are further leak points and have the potential of generating debris during install.

The main task of both kits is to supply the CP4 case and the metering unit/plungers independently with clean, filtered fuel, and to reroute case fuel back to the tank. There are two major improvements in how the Gen2.1 kit accomplishes it. The Gen2.1 fuel supply is split off into two separate lines 25 inches from the CP4, which will eliminate the chance of contaminated case fuel back-feeding into the clean fuel supply line. The original Disaster Prevention Kit splits off within an inch of the pump, and is more susceptible to debris back-feeding, if the CP4 failure produces enough debris to clog the fuel return system. The other improvement is what happens to the debris when it exits the pump case. The Gen2.1 kit features a billet return filter head that accepts a readily-available Donaldson P550943 spin-on fuel filter which prevents debris from reaching the tank, fuel lines, and supply pump. Previously, unfortunate victims of a CP4 failure, with the good fortune of having an original Disaster Prevention Kit installed, would still need to drop the tank and deal with all of the debris created by the failed CP4.

If you’re tired of over-paying for upper fuel filter replacements and broken plastic parts on your 2011-2022 6.7L Ford Power Stroke, we have a solution for you: the Billet Fuel Filter Conversion Kit. This kit converts the upper OEM-style plastic fuel filter to a spin-on fuel filter that is much more cost-effective to replace.

The fuel filter housing also doubles as a fuel distribution block for those trucks running multiple high-pressure injection pumps. The fuel filter housing also contains an extra 1/8 ORB port that can be used for an extra low-pressure return, aftermarket fuel pressure sensor port, and more!

If you’ve changed the fuel filter on your 2017-2022 6.7L Ford, you’re probably aware that the factory plastic injector return fitting is extremely delicate and can be easily damaged or broken during the fuel filter change procedure and is costly to replace. To remedy this, we replace the factory plastic injector return fitting with a high-quality aluminum fitting that will never break.

If the truck is not equipped with an aftermarket tune and the ability to delete specific codes, the vehicle will have a MIL after the FASS installation.
