Return Policy

An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number is required for ALL returns.
To obtain an RGA number please contact us @ 1-800-622-5103

• Make sure RGA # is clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
• Returns without an RGA # will not receive a refund.
• All returns must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition and be in the original box and/or packaging to be eligible for a refund.
• All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Returns after 30 days may not be accepted.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable; all returns will be credited back to customer less shipping charges.
• No refund or warranty will be given if the part is not returned to Pensacola Fuel Injection.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Any shipments that have refused delivery will have a 20% restocking fee.
• No refunds on high performance parts. Exchange only.
• No refunds on electrical parts. Exchange only.
  
• No refunds on parts purchased in a kit.
• No refunds on tools.
• Any parts that have been opened are subject to inspection and refunded at our discretion.
• Any shipping costs incurred during the transaction by Pensacola Fuel Injection will be deducted from the refund.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns.

Special Orders Policy:

Pensacola Fuel Injection can special order products not listed for sale on our website from any of the brands or manufacturers listed on our website. To place special orders for non-stocking items you must call us @ 1-800-622-5103. Special Orders are Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable, and can not be cancelled once placed. Manufacturers shipping speeds vary so estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.
