Designed to work with your stock Ford 6.7L Powerstroke, the Truck Particle Separator replaces the entire stock intake box, tube & air filter. Most installs can be completed in less than 2 hours with no drilling required. It uses the stock filter minder, so you can quickly and accurately determine when your filter needs to be serviced. The quick access latches allow the air filter to be changed in less than 60 seconds without needing any tools.
The Truck Particle Separator provides more power to your truck by keeping the filter cleaner for a longer period of time. With less dust on your filter, the airflow (restriction) will be significantly better. This translates into more power when you need it.
The Particle Separator removes 96.23% of the dust before it gets to the air filter, so you won’t have to change your filter nearly as often. How long the air filter in the Truck Particle Separator will last before needing to be replaced, depends on the type of dust you encounter while driving. The air filter in the Truck Particle Separator is going to last at least 4-8 times longer than the stock filter in most environments.
